Pick up your freshly prepared Christmas meal on:
Tuesday, December 24th between 10 AM and 2 PM.
Location: Wylder Space Kitchen, Santa Cruz Mountains

Come to the back of the driveway, turn left. Look for our van. Park. Walk down the ramp and to our front door. We’ll see you there.

Try This Recipe at Home: Honey Butter Roasted Carrots

Bring a taste of Wylder Space to your table with this simple and elegant side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs carrots, peeled and trimmed

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Place carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter and honey. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  3. Toss to coat evenly. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.

  4. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving. Enjoy!

DIY Homemade Gift: Vanilla Bean Sugar

A perfect homemade treat for the bakers and coffee lovers in your life!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 vanilla bean pod

Instructions:

  1. Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

  2. Mix the seeds with sugar in a bowl. Add the empty vanilla pod to infuse extra flavor.

  3. Transfer to a glass jar and seal tightly. Decorate with ribbon and a tag.
